A quick update: The conference is in full swing and the mood is definetely celebratory–networking; workshops; press conferences and panels. It’s amazing the International HIV/AIDS conference hasn’t been in the United States since 1992 and I think its return and the recent HIV travel ban being squashed adds to positive atmosphere here in DC .  One more quickie before I go back and check it all out : Met super Hivster,  Jamar Rogers, the amazingly talented, inspiring and sexy musician and recent contestant on the Voice.  We’ll have a chat with Jamar up some time soon!
